Free Guided Meditation with Deepak Chopra

?Have you ever been running around throughout your day without even a minute to breathe or gather your thoughts? Have you tried going to sleep at night and you can’t seem to shut off your mind? Mediation is a tool that can be used to help you quiet your mind and feel more connected to your body. It has been used across many cultures for centuries.

?Meditation sounds easy enough, but does take some practice and getting used to. I am personally a big fan of guided meditation where I can listen to quiet music and have someone’s voice guide me into a peaceful rest. With that being said, I’m excited to share with you Deepak Chopra’s 21 day Meditation Challenge!!

?I’m sure many of you have heard of Deepak Chopra. He's a physician, writer, and a champion of holistic health. A few times a year he does a free 3-week guided meditation series where you can log on daily and listen to a 10-15 minute meditation recording. I’ve done the past 3 and they’ve all been awesome. His next one is starting on August 5th and the focus is on love and loving relationships. The best part is it’s totally free!
