Help Cornucopia Cancer Support Center Now!

ByToby Helmstetter, LAc

When Chris, Katherine and I opened TAC, we had no money, no patients, and no real business experience. But we had a lease on an office, a banker who believed in us, and a dream. Being broke, we knew that the enlightened business owner tithes, but we wanted to do our best to contribute to our community however we could right from the start. So we connected with Cornucopia Caner Support Center (then it was the Cornucopia House) and offered free acupuncture treatments to the people who used their services. It was a divine match, an opportunity to give and receive simultaneously, and is a partnership that has continued into our tenth year.

Cornucopia Cancer Support Center provides free services to people "whose lives are touched by cancer" including mentor and peer programs, free health services like yoga and massage, home care services, and even a radio show. They are a gift to the community, providing access and information for people anywhere in their cancer journey; a place to feel connected, safe, and even empowered. And right now, they are in danger of having to cut many of their services, and they need our help.

Please consider making a donation to the Cornucopia Cancer Support Center today. If they raise $100,000 by June 2nd they will be able to continue to provide all the wonderful services they have been donating to the community since 1995. Contributions can be made by sending a check to:
