She earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in 2001 and is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is licensed to practice acupuncture in both California and North Carolina.

Throughout her career, Jahna has worked in a wide range of settings, including rehabilitation centers, hospice care, private practice, and community clinics. In 2007, she co-founded Helios Warriors, a nonprofit that provides holistic healing therapies to veterans, their caregivers, and families.

Jahna treats a broad variety of conditions, including pain, stress, anxiety, digestive concerns, allergies, sleep issues, and women’s health concerns from adolescence through menopause. She also has extensive experience working with children, seniors, veterans, and patients seeking support for cosmetic and facial rejuvenation goals.

Patients appreciate Jahna’s gentle treatment style, thoughtful listening, and passion for education. She enjoys helping patients understand the principles of Chinese medicine and how acupuncture can support the body’s natural healing process. Depending on each patient’s needs, her treatments may incorporate acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, herbal medicine, and cosmetic acupuncture.

Originally from Asheville, Jahna recently relocated to Raleigh and is excited to serve the Triangle community. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys exploring her new city and discovering local favorites.
