Deepak Chopra’s FREE Guided Meditation

Do you ever run around throughout your day without even a minute to breathe or gather your thoughts?  Have you tried going to sleep at night and you can’t seem to shut your mind off?  Mediation is a tool that can be used to help you quiet your mind and feel more connected to your body.  It has been used across many cultures for centuries.

Meditation is something I frequently recommend to patients because it can really help them get out of the “fight or flight” mode and calm the nervous system down.  Don’t be daunted or think you don’t have enough time to meditate!  There are a lot of great resources that make meditation easy and accessible.  I am personally a big fan of guided meditation where I can listen to quiet music and have someone’s voice guide me into a peaceful rest.  With that being said, I’m excited to share with you Deepak Chopra’s FREE 21 day Meditation Challenge!!

I’m sure many of you have heard of Deepak Chopra, he’s a physician, writer, and champion of holistic health.  A few times a year he does a free 3-week guided meditation series where you get a different short 10-15 minute meditation emailed to you daily.  It’s free, fun, and interactive…so no excuses not to do it!  His next one is starting on November 3rd and the focus is on “energy of attraction-manifesting your best life.”
