?It is cold and flu season and here are two must have herbal essentials that can help you combat a cold and flu, minimize symptoms, and maximize your body’s ability to fight off the virus to recover quickly! We’ve all had that moment, of course it’s a Friday night, when you start to feel achy, get a little tickle in your throat and you think “oh no!” I’m getting sick…but I’ll just sleep it off and be fine tomorrow, right? Well, by Saturday morning you are miserable and bed ridden with the full on flu, fever, chill, fatigue, nausea, maybe vomiting…not fun! Or if symptoms don’t manifest as the flu, you come down with a wicked cold that seems to take weeks to resolve! Cold Away: This is an amazing product and it’s a strategically combined formula that can be taken during the acute/beginning stages of an externally contracted illness (cold/flu). This formula works fast when it’s taken at the very first stages of a cold or flu with symptoms like mild fever, sinus and chest congestion, coughing, aversion to wind, headache, and throat pain. It’s full of herbs that clear heat, expel wind, resolve phlegm, and herbs that target the throat, nasal passages, and lungs. I always have this on hand and as soon as I feel like I might be getting sick I immediately start taking Cold Away. If you catch the symptoms early and take large doses of cold away (can be taken as 3 tablets 4-6 times/day) the cold symptoms usually resolve completely within a few days.
Flu Ban: Flu ban is an effective homeopathic product that helps combat the cold and flu virus and not just mask symptoms. Start taking flu ban at the first sign of the onset of a cold or flu and take two tablets 4 times per day and drink plenty of water. Many people experience relief from symptoms within a few hours versus days! Even when symptoms abate it is highly recommended that you take all 24 tablets in the bottle to ensure that the virus is eradicated. One bottle is considered a course of treatment.
