TAC Updates: “Ask the Acupuncturist” and Facebook….

Starting next month, we'll be highlighting a new column, "Ask the Acupuncturist." We're hopeful that this will be the perfect venue for patients to ask questions about themselves or someone they know, or even about acupuncture and alternative medicine in general. Look for the "Ask the Acupuncturist" box in the lobby in both Chapel Hill and Cary, drop in a question (it can be anonymous), and if we pick your question, we'll answer it in our monthly newsletter. Of course, if you have a pressing health question, make sure you ask your acupuncturist directly! But if you've been wondering whether acupuncture treats plantar warts, how Chinese herbal formulas actually work, what the difference is between Yin and Yang, or anything Chinese Medicine, now you've got a forum to ask. We look forward to hearing from you!

Have you "friended" us on Facebook? If you have, Thank You! And if you haven't, well, get to it! The staff at TAC really uses Facebook as a way to promote healthy life-style choices, inform our friends about the state of alternative medicine, and offer news on things like nutrition, supplements and herbs. We honestly don't post every day, so you won't get tired of us. But we when we do post, it's always informative and useful stuff. It's a great way to stay connected to your health, without having to leave the house!
