What’s That Point Do?

We're creating a new topic for our newsletter "What's That Point Do?". In it we'll explore the name, purpose, and function of a single acupuncture point. We get asked all the time what a point does during treatment. We thought it'd be a fun way to introduce some of the most important and widely used points, and create a familiarity with them. I have a personal hypothesis that each person has one point on the body that resonates with them; a point that, when used, is like pushing some internal "reset" button. Perhaps this column will inspire our readers to find their own favorite point. So, without further ado, our first "What's That Point Do?" point!
