Insurance & Acupuncture Coverage
We are out of network with all insurance plans, but we can bill your insurance directly if you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits.
To see if your plan qualifies, please complete our insurance verification form. Once submitted, we’ll review your benefits and email you with your coverage details.
What to expect:
- Insurance verification typically takes 1–3 business days
- You will pay out of pocket at the time of service, regardless of active benefits
- Coverage applies only after your out-of-network deductible is met (this is separate from in-network deductibles)
- Once your out-of-network deductible is met and we receive payment from your insurance company, you may be reimbursed for eligible out-of-pocket costs
Reimbursement details:
- Depending on your verification status, reimbursement may be issued directly by us, or
- We may provide itemized receipts for you to submit to your insurance company
